Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2019 Winner – RG+P

RG+P, a multi-disciplinary architectural, project management and quantity surveying practice, received the Residential Project of the Year accolade at the Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2019. #LCPA

Scooping the prize for their ambitious £45 million Humberston Avenue development in Grimsby, RG+P impressed the judges with the design, innovation, and scale of the project.

The development which is scheduled for completion in June 2021 is set to create 400 homes, a new community hub and over six acres of public open space.

Commenting on the award win is Rob Woolston, director of RG+P, said: “Humberston Avenue is a real flagship for the region and represents a major investment in Lincolnshire’s housing market. For a development of this scale to be recognised as the Residential Project of the Year was exceptional, not only did it draw attention to what’s being achieved on site, but it also further consolidated our working relationship with the entire project team and wider community.”

The Residential Project of the Year Award is given to the business that delivers a project with exceptional design, sustainability, innovation and construction performance, whilst staying on budget and meeting deadlines.

Rob continues: “Winning the award generated a lot of positive publicity for our business, which undoubtedly helped raise our profile. We’re always aspiring to achieve further growth, especially as we’re set to launch our second Midlands office in Birmingham later this year.

“It also gave us the confidence to pursue national awards and we’re delighted Humberston Avenue is now a finalist in the forthcoming Housebuilder Awards in London.”

The Leicester-based business has many projects on the go, from modern commercial offices and luxury residential housing to leisure centres and schools of the future.

The next Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards will take place on 6^th February 2020 at DoubleTree by Hilton in Lincoln, with entries for the eight award categories open until 25^th November 2019.
