Entries are now open for the 2020 Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards

Entries are now open for Lincolnshire’s fourth annual Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards, which are being sponsored by Lambert Smith Hampton.

Taking place on 6^th February 2020, businesses working in the sector across Greater Lincolnshire are eligible to apply for an award giving them the opportunity to be recognised for their contribution to Lincolnshire’s multimillion-pound construction and property industry.

2019 saw winning companies, including; Waldeck, Willmott Dixon, Kier and Gelder Group.

The awards are free to enter, and businesses can enter more than one project.

The categories up for nomination are:

• Agent of the Year
• Apprentice/Young Achiever of the Year – sponsored by Interserve
• Consultancy of the Year – sponsored by Delta Simons
• Development Project of the Year (Over £5 million) – sponsored by Cartwright Communications
• Development Project of the Year (Under £5 million) – sponsored by Roythornes Solicitors
• Innovation in Property and Construction – sponsored by Andrew & Co
• Product Supplier of the Year
• Residential project of the Year – sponsored by Rizk McCay

Award entries will close on 25^th November and all shortlisted businesses will be announced on 9^th December.
